I've obviously been hanging around for a while, but my FI and I have been engaged for a year now. We've had a number of setbacks (photographer AND venue bailed on us, FI and my dad both got laid off and we had to use savings for daily stuff) but I think we're on the right track now.
We're planning on getting married on December 8th. FI decided to go back to school, but he should graduate by December. If not, he'll be on christmas break and we will have plenty of time for a honeymoon before Christmas. It also happens to be the 2 year anniversary of our engagement, but we really didn't plan that. We're going to have a very small wedding in a chapel in Nashville with just our immediate family. Neither of us wanted a big wedding anyway and this fits us better.
Anyway, so I'm Narwhal. I'm graduating with my BA in Public Relations in May. And... hopefully I'll be able to stick around here instead of changing the date some more.
