Sulphur/ Lake Charles Area...?

i am getting married on October 30th in Sulphur, LA. That is were my fiance is from but i am not really that familiar with businesses in the area [ and niether is he really -lol] I am looking for a photographer, caterer, and baker. . .  i can't find and bakeries in Sulphur and i have only found a few in Lake Charles. so if anyone is familiar with businesses in the area that please let me know.

    I know Cypi cake box and Pronia's Deli do wedding cakes.

    I don't know about caterers.

    As far as photographers, I know Monsour's has always had a pretty good reputation in town. And I like this photog, she's done some pictures for a friend of mine- http://www.myspace.com/jlangleyphotos

    Cypi's Cake Box has amazing cakes - beautiful and delicious!

    I would highly recommend the photographer that I am going to be using, Jessica Hicks (http://www.jhicks-photography.com) ---- check out her blog. Her photos are wonderful.

    I am using Pujo St. Cafe for my catering, I have also heard that The Brickhouse has great food and does a good job.

    CAJUN CAFE MAKES GREAT HOMESTYLE FARE AND THEY CATER AND HOST WEDDINGS, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, CATERING, AND WILL DO THE DECORATING, TOO.  MY SISTER USED THEM, MY OTHER LITTLE SISTER WILL BE USING THEM TOO IN FEBRARY, AND I SHALL BE UDING TEHM TOO IN NOVEMBER 2011!  WE HAVE NOT BEEN DISSAPOINTED WITH ANY ASPECT OF THE SERVICE WE'VE ALL RECEIVED SO FAR FROM KELLY AND HER CREW.  THEY HAVE GOOD FOOD AND THEIR DECORATION JOBS ARE DETAILED AND WELL THOUGHT OUT.
