Date Set & Venue Booked!!!

We just booked the Filter Building for our ceremony and reception yesterday!  So glad to have that taken care of.  Our date is now officially Friday, 06/01/12.  I'm sooo excited!!!  Oh and I must say, the Filter Building reservationist, Carla, is an absolute delight.  Very sweet and enthusastic, to the point, and helpful. 

Now...on to everything else!

    Do you mind me asking what the price was to rent the Filter Building and the things it includes?  I just looked at the website and I might want to check it out.  We are on a budget!

    <div>Winfrey Point (across the lake) is $150/hour ($180 for non-Dallas residents).  I think Filter Building is the same.  Both are completely blank slates, so you would have to bring in everything. </div>

    Filter Building ends up being a little more expensive, but we chose it because we felt like it won't require (and doesn't allow) quite as much decor and therefore effort.  Haha.  That's what ended up being the deciding factor.  Both are fantastic venues though.  :)
