so my colors USED to be red, black, and white......which is very very lovely for a wedding..just not MY wedding.

my FI favorite color is red...and i thought he really wanted to have those as his colors....i didnt i wanted MORE colors and more girlier colors. more fun. lol.

after awhile of debating and after FSIL talked to my FI...we decided to change the colors toooo: plum, pinks, and fuschia. here is the color inspiration.

i am soooo exicted! now i have ALOT to do!

I love it!! Pink is my fave color too, but it is not in my wedding. How did you talk him into going for girly colors? haha.

haha. My FSIL just asked him. lol. she texted him and said that i was having a really hard time with red, black, and white since i dont like red. she said "so..she is thinking purple, pink, and fuschia...you won't have to wear those colors tho...you can still wear black." He replied "sounds beautiful". (:

he told me before that i can choose whatever i want..since its "my day".

Those are so beautiful!!! FI had a pretty big say in mine, too (he picked cobalt) but getting to pick the accent colors made it grow on me very quickly :P

That is so crazy! Me too :)

I think the new palette is gorgeous! Funny bc I started with red, white and black too and ended up with Joy's colors because a friend getting married in July already had the red, black and white things covered :) I can't wait to see pictures of your decorations and wedding!

Beautiful! I'm so glad you were able to go with what you really wanted instead of having colors you didn't like. I think this color scheme is more soft and romantic and perfect for your August wedding. Congrats on the switch!
