Poem for rain plan??

Im getting married in September 2012 and we are planning on having an outdoor wedding. I have to let people know our plans if it rains... which would be in our church. And we arent going to let a sprinkle or a short shower ruin our day. Now obviously if its a hurricane then thats a different story. But I was wanting to say it with a poem. Has anyone seen any poems that do this? I havent had any luck finding any. Thought about trying to come up with one myself but havent had any luck... :)

    First of all, you need to decide how this plan will be implemented.

    When will the decision be made?  How will you let guests know? 

    Are you going to post a notice at the hotel the guests are staying at that the location has changed?  Will you have someone at the orginal outdoor location re-direct people to the church, then just start a little bit later?

    It's not as simple as "if it's raining, go to the church."  What if the rain starts 10 minutes before the ceremony, and is suposed to stop 10 minutes after?  What if it's raining all day until RIGHT before your ceremony, then stops?  

    I think this is complicated enough that a cutesy poem isn't going to convey all of the information your guests will need.   I would either include the information (in PLAIN text, explaining as clearly as you can) in an invitation insert or on your website (or both), and possible again in welcome bags/packets if you're doing them.

    Congratulations! Just an idea below.

    Its all planned out: our wedding date!
    An outdoor party to the max
    We hope you’ll come and celebrate
    But want you to have all the facts
    Although we’re praying hard for sun
    Nature just might interfere
    But we still plan on having fun-
    Its our day, we want you here!
    So if the rain begins to fall
    And weather holds an intervention
    The Church we’ve booked can hold us all
    A back-up plan for our reception!
    So rain or shine, we’ll see this through
    Come join us as we say: “I do!”

    Aww I love it!! Thank you!! I'm thinking I'm going to do a wedding website to keep everyone updated and put my parent's and my FMIL's number on there incase anyone doesn't have a computer. Thank you again!!

    And make sure you have every guests phone numbers! Definitely collect them! You might need to make someone call everyone if the weather is sorta questionable.
