Is anyone else renting a phtobooth?

They are all super expensive.   Does anyone know of one around the $600-$800 range?

If not, who are you using if your renting one?

Also has anyone heard of a crazybooth?  I saw that on another forumn, but it seems like a lot of money when they just seem to set up a background, and stand there taking everyones pictures.  :/

Personally I feel like it really depends on your guests.  My guest list is mostly made up of our families and old family friends.  I don't see either groups "loving" a photobooth, so spending a ton of money wouldn't be worth it for us.  You friend's guest list might be different :)

I totally agree with NillaWafer, it depends on your guest list.  I am renting a photobooth because my guests will really enjoy something like that, but a majority of my guests are in their 20s and will be drinking/dancing all night.  I am going with A2Z Photobooths, www.a2zphotobooths.com because they came very highly recommend by girls on this board, they have an actual traditional photobooth (ones that print out the strip of 4 pictures) and they print a double of each strip so the guest can take one and then the guest can also put one in a memory book and write a note (we are using this as our guest book too).  Their prices are on their website, they are more than the price range you put up there.

I think if your friend wants to do something like a crazybooth she can do that herself, no need to pay someone else to do it.  Just set up an area for pictures, maybe get some fun props and a camera set up.

A photo booth was one of the first things we signed a contract for. I don't really get the crazy booth thing, hadn't actually heard of it until this post so I looked it up, II would be more comfortable with having the goofy stuff behind a curtain if I was in the picture.

We are using Memory Makers AZ - I think we are paying under $1000 but we also got a discount with our planner. I think his normal price is right around $1200 for our package, but we got the most ours and added the extra stuff too...

Oh and an added bonus with Mike (our photo booth operator) is that no only do you get copies of all the pictures ina scrapbook, but he brings a digital frame and asks your guests to upload the camera shots at the end of the night so you can have copies of your guests pictures from the entire day.

If you decide to contact him, let him know Samantha sent you, he may work with the price a bit for you...

That is really cool that they include the digital frame Samantha!  I am very pleased with who I picked, but if I had know about your company before I would have talked to them too!
