boudoir session discount!

Hey ladies,

I got in touch with Tess from TessJ Photography to get a boudoir session done for my future hubby's wedding gift and she is offering this session to knottie brides for $50 off.  so it would be $450 instead of the usual $500

Just wanted to let you ladies know in case any of you were interested!

Side note... has anyone ever gone to her or going to go to her for pics?  I am still debating on booking with her, anyone have feedback?

Hope you ladies are having a great day!

Sorry, no feedback to offer.  Part of me would love to do a boudoir session.  I think it would be fun!  The other part of me thinks my FI would kill me for spending the money.  lol.  Let us know if you do it!

All of this!  I could not justify that cost, but good luck with it :)

I did a session with her when her prices were a bit lower than they are now.
Most empowering and esteem-boosting thing I've done for myself before giving birth to my son.  I cried and cried when I saw the results of my session with her; I had never felt pretty in my life until I saw her photos of me.

With that said, there are other amazing options out there - in the Boston area, there's A Brilliant Photo.  I have no idea what her prices are now, but I had several friends use her and they got a "little black book" of some photos AND a CD of all the useable images for what I paid at the time for Tess - with just a book from her.

chayer227, i am so glad you enjoyed your experience so much!  I think it would be a really positive thing for my self esteem and i know my man will loooove them.

I looked into A brilliant photo and it actually is a little more money than Tess (plus Boston is quite a drive to be able to sneakily get this pics done with out him noticing!)  But i am glad to compare prices and photos to Tess's work.  Her package for $450 includes 1.5h session, full hair and makeup, a little black book of photos and you can digitally download the photos as well.

Thanks for your feedback ladies!  I think i will book with her next month... give myself a little more time to tone things up!!

For those of you who aren't doing this because of cost, are you doing something else as a wedding gift for your FI?  I haven't decided yet what I'm going to do, but this was definitely an option.  Other ideas?

My husband and I paid for nearly the entire wedding ourselves.  That was all the money we needed to spend as gifts to each other, KWIM?  We did each write a letter for the other to read on the morning of the wedding.
