Videographers - have you used any of these people?

Hi! We have meetings scheduled with Videography by Media Concepts (Whitman), Mike Picard Videography (Cumberland, RI) and Video Visions Forever (East Bridgewater). They all look great online, but has anyone used them? In addition, we also like Fade & Focus, but they are a tad pricey.

Anyt thougts or feedback, good or bad? Our wedding is in September 2010 on the Cape, but we weren't real impressed with the people that were available down there.

We're using Video Visions Forever for our wedding in October.  They have been great to work, get back to you very quickly about any questions or issues you might have.  I can't' speak for their work for my own wedding (obviously) but the work that I have seen and the feedback I have gotten about them on here and also wedding wire were great, hope this helps!

We didn't use any of these, but we used Breaking Branches Pictures (dot com) out of Woonsocket, RI. We were beyond amazed by Christian's work and professionalism.  Good luck in your search!

We used Artistic Wedding Video Group and they did a great job - You may want to check into that as well!

We used Video Visions Forever for our June 26, 2009 wedding. And they did a fantastic job. Could not be happier with the final product. Tim was great to work with, very mellow, pleasant. On the day of the wedding, Tim was completely non-intrusive and very professional. They have great reasonably priced packages; we went with the storybook package that included a love story, birth to marriage slideshow, highlight video, and full length video. The love story was shown at the wedding during dinner, that’s when we got to see it too for the first time. It brought me to tears. I definitely recommend them.

We are using MIke Picard.  We really enjoyed meeting him and we thought his work and professionalism was amazing.  Our wedding is not until September so I can't comment on his responsiveness or quality but he comes highly recommended on the knot.  His sample videos were awesome and his packages were reasonable for the quality of work he presented to us.

Mike Picard is VERY popular on R.I board. His reviews are pretty solid with tons of positive feedback. I am considering him as one of my potentials, along with the Light Mill Studios in CT.

If you're considering RI videographers, try John Cipolla from Weddingstories RI.  I loved working with him.  We are Kevin and Kelly, if you want to see our video trailer.

We went to Videography by Media Concepts last night and really liked him. We really liked that he is a photographer as well, so he seems to have a very good eye for a great shot.
    Tonight is Video Visions....

So we met with Tim at Video Visions last night, and we are going to go with them. We loved their work and the prices were great. We walked out, thinking we were still going to see Mike Picard, but then got to the parking lot and we decided that we like Tim and his work so much that we didn't even want to see Mike. My FI liked that he could geek out with Tim. So we have our last vendor all set!

FWIW, I used Video Visions Forever almost 5 years ago.  I still watch my wedding video, and every time I watch it, it's like I'm re-living my wedding day.  Tim & Kristy are SO beyond wonderful to work with.
