Or signed your marriage license ? Are you letting the judge at the court house sign or the person who is performing your ceremony do it ? If you they sign at the courthouse whenever you get them then your married right then and there ?

    officiant/whoever marries you that is registered with the state. if you go to courthouse and judge signs, yes, you are married :)

    So I dont have to let the officiant sign ? My officiant gon say because he is my uncle I dont want to to sign it..cause that means im giving my neice away.. im like boy gone lol
