So I was trying to get my son out of the house & into the car this morning for school. He's 5 & very smart! Well I'm helping him with his jacket & he says "OH MY!!!" I asked him what, he tells me "MOM!! You're getting married in 3days!!! That's so exciting! Jason will be my second Dad then!!" It was soooo stinken cute! When we first got engaged we were sitting around the dinner table & he started with questions. "So Mom, when you & Jason get married that will make him my step dad right?" I told him yes "Ok well I'm just gonna call you Dad then" It's really surprised me how much of a grasp he has on the whole situation. :-) Just wanted to share.
