    Good find. Number 4 is the most important. All but 2 weddings I have ever attended have been at some $150 a head hall, but then they had to cut back and get a crappy DJ or unknown photographer who isn't very good. Don't blow you budget on the hall. DJ, Photos and videos are more important to enjoying your day.

    Yup, I would agrees.  I booked a pretty inexpensive venue (but one where I knew the food was good, cause that was important), and put more money into my photog, video, and DJ.  Those are the things that matter to me.  Not how pretty the room is!
