I'm no heart breaker... I have about 6 people that I want in my wedding, and about 8 more that think they should be in my wedding. The harder part about it is that 2 of these are my sisters (step-sister and half sister- we were never that close), some friends (we've grown apart since a few years back we considered each other "best friends"), and a cousin I just don't want to feel left out (I have 2 other cousins on the "written in stone" list).... I really don't know what to do... PLEASE HELP :-/
I guess what it all boils down to is that some people assume they're closer to me than they really are....... and I don't know how to tell them they're not... But 15 bridesmaids to make everyone happy is psycho, right?

Re: I need help narrowing down bridesmaids????
In the meantime, check out the 'wedding party' board, as well as this one. You will see many posts from brides who asked too early and now want to make changes in their wedding parties.
Congratulations on your engagement. Have fun planning.
[QUOTE]Don't pick your wedding party until 6 -9 months before your wedding. So much can happen between now and Dec 2012. If anyone asks, tell them that you haven't decided yet. Ditto this! If your wedding isn't till Dec of next year, I would give it some time before you pick. Buying yourself a little time does nothing but good, trust me. Maybe in a few months it will become abundantly clear which girls you want to ask.
