Bridal Shower Locations

I'm looking for some suggestions on where to have a bridal shower. About 50 people will be invited and we're looking to definitely do it in August. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

    Try the Pavillion at Kenner City Park, located (I think) at the corner of Loyola and Vintage.

    What type of venue are you interested in?  Upscale? Casual?  Restaurant or somewhere you can bring your own caterer or your own food?

    We actually lucked out and found a place yesterday, the Royal Palm Restaurant in Harvey. Thank you anyway for the suggestion and offer to help!

    The Royal Palm is AMAZING!!!! I almost had my wedding there, but found another venue. Great food!

    The shower is set for August, but I'll be sure to pass on how the food is.
