Wohoo, it's almost the weekend! Morning and happy Thursday ladies!
Workout went well, but I pulled something in my neck so I didn't want to risk the last two sets of pullup exercises and swapped in some pushups. It seems to be all better as of this morning, thankfully. Today is kenpo, and the last day of week 12. One more full workout week, and one rest week and we'll have officially knocked out p90x! I really might do round two in the fall.
Eating has also been okay. I made FI his favorite cookies last night, so of course I had to have one, and I also baked for a coworkers birthday tomorrow (birthday cake fudge.) It turned out amazing and the batter was addictive on a whole new level, so I'm going to have to be careful to get that all out of the house quickly. Tonight is our cheat night (pasta dinner) - yum.
