  I went to a wedding at the Carltun in August of 2008. The food and grounds are amazing. There was also a bridal attendant there who was beyond helpful to the bridal party & bride. 
  
  As a matter of fact my husband said if he had to have a last meal he'd want it to be the Carltun's wedding food!
  
  I have not had any experience with Carlyle On The Green.

  Hi - I've actually been to weddings at both of those venues within the last month!  They are both amazing.  Both have gorgeous outside areas as well, and are beautiful for taking pictures.  My friends got some cool photos on the golf course at Carlyle (in golf carts, etc).  In my opinion, the food was better at Carltun, and I know they had an option to extend the party - my friends had an afterparty in the outside area, and they brought out bar food.  This post was probably not very helpful, but you DEFINITELY can't go wrong with either venue!  Good luck!
