We post here to stay focused and on target with our fitness and nutrition leading up to the big day!

yesterday:
D - whole wheat sammich

today:
Workout - 5 mile moderate pace run
B - oatmeal w/protein shake and almond milk
L - another sammich, lean salami and chicken on Wwht
S - cuties oranges, shrimp chips (asian snacks lol), a cookie
D - runners association meeting so a few wings and snacks

  • I stayed within my allotted calories but prb over carb. Fitness...I walked about two miles and bleaches at track.

  • I missed yesterday... was SUPER sick... didn't eat anything and slept all day

    L: chicken soup
    S: crackers
    D: rice w/ veggies 
    no w/o, hopefully tomorrow
