today:
Workout - 5 mile moderate pace run
B - oatmeal w/protein shake and almond milk
L - another sammich, lean salami and chicken on Wwht
S - cuties oranges, shrimp chips (asian snacks lol), a cookie
D - runners association meeting so a few wings and snacks
