A WEDDING DRESS

So I got engaged at the beginning of July and my wedding is this October (I know I'm crazy) && I have NO dress.  I'm hoping you girls can help.

I need somewhere I can find a petite dress that I can buy off the rack near the Sacramento area.... ANY Ideas?  I don't really want to have to pay for alterations on length I'm super short and I'd rather just buy a dress I can wear straight off the rack besides just getting a bustle.

    Have you tried Bridal Mart in the Rancho Cordova area? I'm pretty sure they sell some stuff off the rack... "pretty sure" being the important words there. haha

    you can try de la rosa bridal in folsom, they have dresses you can buy off the rack.

    look at Nordstrom and J.Crew online.  They have reasonable dresses.

    Davids bridal has great affordable prices I got mine there and just went elsewhere for my minor alterations. there customer service sucked but i got what i needed and never went back! 

    sorry to say but us short girls will need alterations done no matter if the dress is made in petite size there's always something to be fixed.

    have you tried davids bridal or house of brides outlet?

    If you find a dress you like at Davids, you can walk out with it the same day.

    I definitely suggest David's Bridal. I went to the one in Pinole and they gave us the best service. My mom really went crazy about wanting me to try on a million things and they were sweet and patient and let her put me in a million things. They didn't rush us and even looked like they were enjoying it. They started pulling out dresses that had just arrived at the store that they hadn't had the chance to see on an actual person and asked me if I would like to try them on so they could get a chance to see the dress! They were great and the dresses there are about a third of the price at any other place!
