So we met with our venue this week and the price per entree was a little heftier than we thought for beef and if you offer a choice of both beef and chicken. It is going to be better on our budget if we only offer chicken. They have some chicken options that look delicious, and they offer vegetarian at no extra charge, but will it be a problem just to serve chicken and not offer beef?
I know personally at a wedding I sometimes pick beef and don't like it, and chicken is the safe bet anyway but will some people be upset?
