Villa Serena & Caterers- Pricing

Ladies, Does anyone know the rental cost for Villa serena and whether you can bring your own alcohol? Also what is the typical per person cost for caterers? Specifically:

Beyond Details, Bold American, Endive, Affairs to remember etc.?

    i HIGHLY reccomend Beyond Details. those guys are AWESOME!!!
    Look them up on their website and their facebook page. were not getting married at Villa Serena but we are using beyind details. and there food taste AWESOME!

    also i think Villa Serena runs about $6500 for 7 hours. im almost positive thats the price they gave me. And for Beyond details, the priceing is the cheapest ive found it depends on what kind of food you want!. they also have a bartender, we are using and bring out own alchohol to our venue!

    We used Endive and were very pleased! They were very flexible and helped us to manage everything into our budget.  The food was great! We had to choose from an "approved" catering list and Bold and Affairs to Remember were both ones that we looked into also. They were way more pricer than Endive... HTH :)

    Villa Serena's pricing is 5500 for a Friday and Sunday night, and 6500 for a Saturday night! Beautiful location, just out in the boonies. However thus us the location I will be choosing if I decide to have my wedding here as opposed to a destination wedding.

    Endive was definiteily more affordable than Affairs when I looked, but they were VERY slow to respond to any requests that I had, so I decided not to use them.  Based on my coordinator's experience, they are pretty slow. Your food will come out fine she said, but they might frustrate you on the business side of things.

    Affairs to Remember have come highly recommended to me, but I have not been 100% pleased so far.  I am still working with them on a price point and menu. Their food seems to be really fancy for our tastes and you should be very direct with your preferences.  They are also the only caterer that has asked us for our budget and their quote comes in as one number (not itemized as others).  My experience is that they come in within a hundred or two (over) your budget.  This is suspicious to me, but I'm still trying to figure it out.  Their professionalism and table presentation are amazing when you go for a consult.  If you go, low ball your budget.
