What is plus-size anyway?

I haven't posted here yet, but I've been lurking around like a creep. ;)

What do you girls think is plus-size?
Everyone seems to view it as a a different number size.. for some people it starts in the double digits with size 10, some people it's 14 and some people it's 16. I actually think that plus size models start with size 6.

Or is it more the general shape of your body? Just more voluptuous than most?

    @ Narwhal, first of all I have to say I love your siggy pic.  I just looked up the video showing that cat, lmao funniest shiit ever!

    I've had a range of numbers.  The military always thought of me obesed (as well as drs) when I'm only a size 14.  I've heard many say 12/14 is average, then 16/18 is considered plus size.  I also think it depends on brands, styles.  I'm a Walmart shopoholoic.  I buy faded glory pants, 14.  But Ive tried no boundaries, I'm a 15/17.  Also, I love LOOKING at the plus stores (can't recall names at the moment) but I've tried on clothes, they all fit little too big.  So it also depends on how "plus size" is marketed...

    Anyways, I'd say regardless of numbers, curvy women are just as beautiful as any other type, even with our back fat, flab or whatever.
