What do you have to AW this week?

This isn't so much AWing as just aww in the pitiful sense.... FI had some complications with getting his wisdom teeth out last week and he's still in a lot of pain. Hopeing he feels better soon!

I'll AW the fact that I am mostly over my wedding slump and am finally getting things done again. Our save the dates are finished, bridesmaid dresses are (mostly) decided upon, and I got our dessert tastings scheduled. Next is to FINALLY go register!

WR: I'm AWing completing my bridesmaids wine glasses this week, ordering the invitations for less than $100 printed ($125 with the cost of the digital invitation suite; Etsy), and getting the STDs enveloped and ready for delivery to the post office on Saturday!!! I also scored all the mason jars we need for the reception last night; in case anyone else needs them, AC Moore is having a great sale right now. Last, my dress will be in next week, I can't wait to see her!

NWR: My son transitioned nicely to a big boy bed. He's been able to get in and out of his crib for months so I was in no hurry, but there's something about converting to a toddler bed that makes mom a little weepy

NWR: I'm awing that I get to pickup my fiance today! I haven't seen him in forever because he's been deployed. YAY!! So freakin excited!!

WR: Going to the post office after work to drop off the std's!

WR: I have gotten so much accomplished, I just can't believe it! I have booked my baker and ordered the invitations, and booked our dj! All since this weekend! The only vendors I have left are my florist and the tent rentals. I feel like a weight has been lifted!!!

NWR: I am going to AW about the fact that I might get promoted! I don't want to jinx myself, but my regional has told my previous manager that I am next in line, he told my current manager that he agrees that I should get the next available management position, and another manager (that has never managed me, but I helped her big time on fixing a big market survey for a mangement contract proposal and she was raving about me to the regional and she suggested I be promoted... instead of her asst. that wants the job)!!!!!! SOOOOOooooo IF we get the contract, and IF the position is open, it SHOULD be mine... or I know I will be disappointed! haha I believe I should be finding out for sure in the next month or two!!! This will mean a possible $15-$20K pay raise.... life altering promotion!!! AHHHHHH I'm glad I have wedding planning to get my mind off of it or I would be a nervous wreck! haha

FI and I found an apartment and have been making plans like crazy for our life together. We'll be long distance for two years in May when he moves, so I'm so excited for this stage of our relationship to be over. I'm glad it happened because I think it made us grow stronger as a couple and I know myself a lot better now than if he'd been here all the time, but I can't wait to stop the late night phone calls because he's ACTUALLY with me.

Our registry is *nearly* finished too so that's a huge relief. I need to go through with the different prices and see if we need to add more to any particular catagory but it looks pretty good right now. Plus FI and I will probably get some of the stuff and take it off the registry because we're moving before anyone is throwing us a shower.

While not particularly wedding related, it's all life after marriage related lol!

I aww the fact that my FI is coming on saturday

Looking forward to spending a week together! We have 3-4 years of long distance relationship to "look forward to" so I really cherish all the time we get together.
I also AW the fact that I get my new car tomorrow, which is good cause I am house-sitting and pet-sitting for my sister and have been using her car whilst she is away and her car just broke down this afternoon so I need my car now.
I also AWW the fact that my boss gave up being difficult when it comes to holiday wishes and gave me two weeks off for my wedding and a week off in April so I can meet up with FI and head to the venue to fix all the things that need to be done there

Yay for that.

NWR But I am going to AW the fact that I FINALLY got the new job I have been interviewing for. I start Feb 4th !!!!!

I'm to AWW the military brides right now. I give you ladies a lot of credit!

WR: We booked our DJ today! I've been bugging FI to do it since November. The owner is so friendly, so working with her and her husband should be super easy.

NWR: My FIL and SMIL are coming over tonight for FIL's birthday. So, I'm cooking "Spanish" paella for them. Hopefully I don't burn the bottom so badly this time, haha.
