  • I am a serious FAILURE at working out. FI and I did it for about a week a while back and then he hurt his knee. I haven't been back to the gym since. I have been eating better though . . .

  • I've been doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 for about a week--I love it!!  It is no joke though.  I already feel stronger and leaner.  I don't weigh myself but I am going to take my measurements and I'll let you guys know how much I've lost :)
  • I've been eating pretty healthy lately, but I need to get more consistant with my workouts! I have been so busy and now I'm sick...but I'm determined to do SOMETHING every single day, whether it's a walk, a full workout, or just abs/weights.

  • eating , i suck at!!! but i can say i went to the gym on monday!!! yeah thats the first time i went to the gym< fitness center> ever in our apartment complex and we have lived here for 3 years lol i usually just walk the dog 2 miles.... which apparently is not working out, because doing 2.5 miles on the treadmill made my legs kill< literally i could barely walk home from the gym  its only .25 miles away >  --- but thats not gonna stop me i think ill head down there now actually!
  • I was sick a couple weeks ago and stopped working out. I got back on track last week. I've been trying to get active at least 4 days a week. I've also started taking the stairs more at work. The eating part is harder for me. Been trying to eat smaller and healthier lunches since FI and I eat out a lot and have bigger dinners. 3 weeks until my next fitting! I haven't had my dress on since April so I'm excited to see if my progress is working. My jeans seem to fit better so hopefully my dress does too! It's very fitted and was a bit snug last time.
  • Fi and I have been going to the gym religiously the past 4 weeks and we have been eating good too.  I am getting stronger but my wieght isn't dropping like I want it to.  I have stopped weighing myself because all I am doing is getting frusterated.  I am feeling good though and some clothes are fitting better and that's all that matters right?  :)

  • I ran today, but could eat better!
  • I have only been working out 3-4 times a week...should be doing more...BUT...I did get back into my water habit as of yesterday!  If I can drink the 33 oz water bottle three times a day then I think it will help with not eating perfect....been doing Weight Watchers since January 2011....lost 50lbs...bought the wedding dress....my dad passed away May 2nd....gained 10lbs back...currently haven't lost any of the 10lbs I gained back, but am trying...its been really ruff since my dad.......trying to deal with a small estate and his family that just hate me...planning and DIY-ing my wedding....kids going back to school....FI and the impending knee surgery...now not knee surgery...he is finally going back to work tomorrow after 4 weeks off.....So yeah...there's been a lot going on...as I'm sure you all understand....but I am drinking my water....I am staying mostly within my daily points.......trying.....

  • FI is doing P90X consistently...while I sit on my computer and plan (or browse these boards haha)

    I'm cooking EVERY night and making sure we're eating healthy but with my schedule I can't always cook and work out.  We do walk/run with our dog pretty regularly. I need to start trying to tone those arms!
  • I work out at least 4-5 times a week in very small Crossfit group classes and I really enjoy it.  I went last Saturday and we took my measurments - down two inches across my hips, 1 in across my abdomen, I have lost 8 pounds of fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle, down 3.5% body fat going from above average to average.  I have been at it for 4 months.  

    I am probably not seeing the weight loss that I would like bc I am a HORRIBLE dieter. Seriously, convenience is king in my life right now and there is nothing more convenient (or cheap) than a effing McDouble.  I have all of the information to be doing the Zone diet, its just actually doing it.

    Today is a new day though! I'll be working out after work and then home to see what is healthy in the fridge that I can whip up...

  • I haven't lost any weight this last month but I was measured last Friday at the gym and I've lost 2.25 inches and my body fat percentage has dropped. I have my first fitting on Saturday so we will see how that goes.

    I still want to lose about 5 pounds. I've been eating healthy over all and working out at the gym and doing 30 Day Shred.

  • I've been eating very well because starting tomorrow I'm at the Iowa State Fair for 4 days.  Nothing but crappy fair food for the rest of the week.  I'm already ashamed of myself.

  • I have been doing so much traveling for work that my eating habits have been awful and my workouts almost non-existent. Things are slowing down a bit for me at work now so hoping to get back on track this week.
