We believe that the Mod's account was hacked last wekk. Her avatar has changed (take a look, its definitely not something a mod would post) and at the time the "flip flop sticky" (which was quite contraversal) was removed. She hasn't been heard from since....
I was on the board this weekend but I did not notice the stickies being gone.

I completely believe this theory. And in the dryer monsters that steal my socks.
The perception that I have, is that she booted people solely because they had an issue with her being the Queen Dictator of all things favors, and referring everyone back to her stickies (aka Favor Laws).
We are modless and playing so nicely in the sandbox without supervision.

I think this board can govern itself pretty well with little to no drama. Ho wmuch drama can one make when it comes to favors? I know I haven't been on here until recently but did the majority of the drama here come from Ms. Mod herself?
Poster - What do you think of flip flops as a favor.
Mod - I am adult enough to pick my own shoes. See the sticky note.
Poster - So excited about my personalized water bottles.
Mod - You call that a favor? IMO something you throw in the trash is not a favor. See my sticky note.

That being said, she could have been more helpful to people's questions. If you ask me what type of jars you should get for your jam favors, I'm not going to reply with "That's a stupid favor idea and it will end up in the trash." How does that help the girl? I would say "Hey, maybe you should look at ebay or this site here". People aren't here for the mod to bash their favor ideas, they're here for questions. No matter what your favor is, someone will think it's stupid, cheap, ugly, tacky, or completely useless....unless it's cash.
