PW: Coconut Water...

Do you like it? Are the health benefits worth the taste? Advice to combat the flavor or other things just as healthy and hydrating but less "dirty water" tasting?

This is what I am drinking (well trying to drink) right now:

    I don't like it because I can't really get past the taste but FI is obsessed with it.  He drinks the Vita Coco  brand because it's pure coconut water, nothing else added like most of the other brands.

    I'm not sure how it is cold, but never drink it warm. My BF coaxed me into trying one of his warm before and it was disgusting. No matter the health benefits, I don't think I'll be going back to it.

    I don't know about health benefits, but I like coconut water sand coconut juice.  Been drinking it since I was a kid.

    To get the best health benefits, you want to drink 100% pure coconut water...no other additives or flavors. It is basically a natural gatoraid without all the sugar. It's great for re-hydrating after a workout. I know my mom tries to drink one a day.

    I personally think it tastes a bit salty. If you're drinking it for health benefits though, and not for something tasty...then just get it down I guess. You'll get used to it.

    I love coconuts in general and coconut milk and coconut ice cream etc. But this water taste like crap! lol

    I can't get past the taste, personally.  I think it's pretty gross.

    Yeah, I drank almost half and threw it away. Now I'm drinking mint tea. Yummy!

    I like it when it's super cold and it's the middle of the summer. Kind of an expensive purchase, IMHO. But I don't hate. :)
