Need help with Budget Venue

I am working with an extremely limited budget. Does anyone have a suggestion for something cheap but nice? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

What time of year? How many guests? Time of day set? What's your definition of a limited budget?

Answer these questions, and you'll get a lot more specific suggestions suitable for you!

What area of Colorado are you wanting to get married in? If we had a little more information we could help you out more.

Okay. Sorry. Time frame = September. Area= Open, but fairly close to Denver (like Lookout Mtn would be fine, deeper in the mtns probably not). Budget= $8-$10K for 100-150 guests.
Also we are thinking of doing a Sunday brunch. So ceremony at 10:30 AM, reception at 11 AM

Boettcher Mansion is nice, the Golden hotel if you looking for kind of a mountain view. The casinos have gorgeous wedding packets. You'd never know you were in a casino unless you went looking for slot machines. The Pines at Genesse are nice, The Event Center at Mt. Veron was gorgeous when we went and looked. Heritage square is nice to but it might be a little small for what your looking for.

Okay, much better! A lot of those places around Genessee/Lookout Mtn, like pines at Genessee and Crystal Rose have $5k all inclusive packages (or thereabout). depending on the feeling you want, there's lots of choices out there! Especially for a morning wedding! TONS of options!

We are doing Pines at Genesee. I think morning rentals are less than $1500 minus the ceremony site (about $600) and if I remember correctly, brunch prices were reasonable. They could definitely be within your budget.

If Evergreen is still close enough for you (only about 30 min from denver) they have super reasonable prices at the Evergreen Lake House. I'm having my wedding there and I think the rental fee for 6 hours (you can choose anywhere between 4 and 6 hours) is $1600 and that includes the ceremony, tables, and chairs. You can bring in any caterer you want as well as your own beer, wine, and champagne. It is absolutely gorgeous there and worth checking out. I didn't want a mountain wedding at first because I didn't want to drive too far, but this view at the lake is breathtaking and so worth it. Hope you find something! I'm on about the same budget for 200 people so I know how challenging it can be.

I looked in to Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods (the house on the north end of Cheeseman park) and the prices were very reasonable with the ability to supply your own alcohol.  The name of the actual house is the Tears-McFarlane house.  With a group your size I think you would have to set up in multiple areas but you could email and ask.  I don't remember the exact price but I remember it being reasonable.  We ended up not using it because we wanted to have the wedding in Summit county where I grew up.
