  Alyana (sp?) at The Refinery (Dinkytown). She does both Facials and Waxing. If you friend them on facebook they run specials. Every other week they offer a $55 European Facial (they use dermalogical products) and the facial takes 1 hr. I think its regularly $60.
  
  If they don't know who you are talking about you can always say the person Shannan Madien Name's saw.

  I would agree on the Dermalogica facials- I have done those and Aveda ones, and while Aveda ones feel really nice, they didn't make a difference in my skin. Dermologica seems to be better. I usually just get mine at Ulta, since they do use Dermologica, and run about 55 bucks for a full facial, or 20 bucks for a 30 minute glow and go facial (great deal- and I don't think I will do a full facial there again because they don't do much more for it)
  
  ETA: IN the summer I get a lot of tiny pimples on my forehead due to congestion and skin not being exfoliated enough- the last two summers I have gotten an Ulta facial and it took a week/week and a half but I can  really see a difference in my breakouts.

  I second the waxes at The Refinery. They are cheap and quick!
