Hi all, my FI and I are having a hard time finding a ceremony venue that fulfills all we want. We will be married in July 2012 so we have plenty of time. We're looking at a guest list of around 200 people and since most are local, we expect most will attend. Our reception will be in the Wolfeboro/Middleton area. Ideally we'd like it to be outside with some structure nearby as a backup plan if it rains. I would like it to be a place we could have seating in a circle, instead of rows.
Also, what could you suggest for seating? Do you know any local places that rent benches? Although it's a semi-formal country wedding, we can't do hay bales covered in quilts due to allergies of our mothers (and probably some guests). I could do the classic padded garden chair, but am hoping for ideas on something more unique.
