  Uh, I have season tickets to the Symphony, and I don't see that there's a concert there on 12/16. Messiah starts on 12/20, but the only thing before that is 12/2, and that's just one of the organ concerts. Unless they have some concert they haven't announced (even to season ticket holders), there shouldn't be something that conflicts with your wedding date.
  
  And the Schermerhorn, as much as I love it, is way out of our price range, so alas, we'll never get to deal with them.
