Your wedding is going to be gorgeous, i love everything in your bio: the venue and the color choices especially! Have fun planning, I can tell it's going to be beautiful.
We picked a date finally, and you're getting married in the same month as me i just realized after I added a year and 5 months + 2 days to the current date (your timeline). Crap, guess I'll have to pick a new month... wouldn't want to steal yours! I'm excited to be planning for the same month- now we can check up on where we are time-line wise!
I especially love that & sign between the bride&groom chairs. Sooo cute!! I want.
When you love someone, you can tell. When you're in love with someone, everyone else can tell.

Yay! SeaTea is the day after mine, and Hazel and Shoes are getting married in August. I'm Saturday of Labor Day weekend - September 1, 2012! We're SO excited! And now I get to plan with you girls - hurray!
I'm going to DIY that sign... I'll happily sell it to you for cheap if you get married after me!
And as a side note, I am looking into the paleo diet you suggested. I love to cook, and am working my way through the weight watchers cookbook, I've seen some paleo recipes online that I'm gonna try! Right after I eat lots of cake at this wedding I'm going to this weekend! Ha!

Funny story - so we put this bio together starting last week (a way of collaborating both our ideas into a cohesive plan - it worked great!). And we were pulling our favorite pictures to put on that top banner - we didn't realize until halfway through that EVERY SINGLE PICTURE of the two of us has me on his left and him on my right. He's a lefty and I'm a righty, so I'm not sure if that means anything, but it's pretty funny (and symmetrical)!

Ummm can you send this to me too? :D I love coconut.
I love the colours you chose, Cate. Definitely suits the venue/atmosphere.
My friend (who is actually engaged and not BSC haha) feels the same way you do about not having a religious ceremony. As she was looking around online, she came across a blog about a couple who felt that way too. Their solution was having the maid of honor and the best man come up during the ceremony and say a few words, sort of an introduction. Then the bride and groom came up to the front and just sort of talked about the things they loved about each other and why they want to get married. Then they said vows they wrote themselves.
I don't know if that's your thing, but it's an idea!
Ohh! That is going to be beautiful, Cate! You and FI must be very happy:)
