  You could have someone design them and purchase the pockets yourself at cardsandpockets and make them yourself.
  
  Cheapest route- DIY it yourself, design in Word or Powerpoint, Print at home or Kinkos, Cut at Kinkos, Purchase pockets from paperandmore.com or cardsandpockets.com. Lots of girls on the DIY board have tutorials and templates you could use to make them.
