Southern Johnson County Wedding

Looking for venue and reception areas in southern johnson county area.  Would like outdoors but any advice would be appreciated. I'd also like to bring my own DJ. Thanks ladies....this site has been a lot of help! I'm planning a late fall or spring wedding for 2011-2012.

    I don't know of anywhere in Southern Johnson county, but have you looked at Valla Vista Country Club? I was looking at getting married there but decided to do a destination wedding. HTH!

    I have looked at Valle Vista online but haven't really priced anything there. My fiance isn't too much into the golf course, but I do think it's really pretty. Still looking...

    Have you looked over in the Waverly area? We attended a wedding over there last year. They have a great looking back yard set up for a wedding.
