I'm getting married in August in Norfolk and planning a SUPER budget wedding. Trying to find a venue on such a budget is tough. Does anyone know of a reception venue in Norfolk that is under $700 and indoors? I'm guessing there won't be more that 200 guests though I believe our invite list is up to 300. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!
