It's FRIDAY FRIDAY.

If I get to school and cannot log in, then I flame my district network for being stupid.

I definitely flame some crazypants on the November board. Some poor girl was lamenting the fact that her MOH and another BM might not be able to be in her wedding, and Ms. It's-Your-Day-You-Do-What-You-Want suggested she "recruit stand-ins." And then NO ONE told her that was a bad idea!

I don't really have anything to flame this morning, except for lack of time, their just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day with everything going on right now! Well, that and this darn heat. Bring on the fall already, will ya?! And it's funny you mentioned the Nov boards, I find the same crazy drama goes on quite a bit on the October boards too...there are some crazy's!! ;-)

Get use to it.. It seems the closer the wedding gets the crazy some of the posts gets. I avoided my month board for a while.

I flame my job search process!!! I'm so sick of it and honestly I can't do a thing about it right now.

I flame people playing favorites in the work place. With all the credit hours I have, I should be promoted up. Another student came and told me of this, and told me who to go talk to. Well I talked to them, and they said "it's your supervisors call". Ok, fine, I understand that. BUT you should of said the same thing to the other student instead of filing the paperwork without talking to their supervisor first!

I have this problem at work! I don't get job that people with the same experience but no as much education as me get because I don't kiss butt. I guess part of work is just learning how to do it.

Yeah it's pretty bad here. I won't go much into detail, but I graduate in two years with my BS in Industrial Engineering, so I'm going to look for somewhere that specializes in it

. It's just a lot of people who rose up as much as they can without a college degree, so they're going to try to hold others back who actually have one, or are in the process of getting one.

I flame my co-worker who has the luxury of working from home on Fridays and abuses that privilege by running errands, watching TV, taking 2 and a half hour lunches and basically NEVER being available to take a customer call or answer any questions... THIS is why I'm trying so hard to find a job in my field after graduation!

I have more stories than you could imagine! I've had my dual masters for over 2 years and I'm still in the same job that requires only a HS diploma. Recently there was a promotion avaliable and the girl with only a HS diploma got it. It was confirmed last week by my supervisor the manager picked the girls cause she's "closer" to her.

I'm so sorry! We get that a lot here too. :) My FI works with me, and he's constantly looking for a new job. It doesn't help that everything he looks at though is overseas haha.

I flame people that only talk about 1 thing. Constantly.

I flame school clothes shopping. I hate that all of these adorable things are coming out in FALL STYLES and it's still 104 degrees out.

I'm pre-flaming tax free weekend. Because I just know it's going to be bad.

I also flame the effing Grapevine traffic. Ridiculous!!

I flame my part time job manager. I told her all the dates I would need off for wedding related activities and now that the dates are here she is calling me a liar. If she had told me it wouldn't work, I wouldn't have taken the position. Now I am going to have to quit in two weeks, although I would like to really leave them high and dry and quit now!!

Bri-Ditto on Tax Free weekend...but Copper has a hair cut tomorrow at 8 so hopefully it's not too bad by then...Yea right.

nancy-My job in HS did this to me, but for extracurriculars. I gave them the list and then because he didn't know how to do the schedule, he called me a liar. Then scheduled me for the day of my wisdom teeth extraction. I quit immidiately...but I also had just come from a job interview and got the job.

Hi ladies!! I have a great flame so I thought it would be a good time to come back.

I flame DH's work. We got back from the honeymoon to find out that he's been taken off the schedule...indefinitely. None of his boss's are answering emails. They are just doing this so he will quit and they don't have to fire him. Why do they want to fire him you ask? Well, his manager is the owner's daughter. The owner's son just graduated hs and needs a job. So guess where daddy is planning on putting him? I'm pissed.......
