etsy issue? Milan creations

Has anyone had issues with etsy? Milan Creations specifically? I ordered a cake topper 10 days ago status is still unshipped and no idea when I will recieve it I sent an email and no response back.

    I had an issue with a small christmas present I ordered from an etsy shop.  It was never shipped and when I went on the seller's page to contact them I found that etsy had removed them and they had a ton of negative ratings, when they had all been positive when I ordered.  I suspect that something happened in their life and they just stopped shipping all of their orders.

    I filed a complain on etsy, but what you really have to do to get your money back is to request a refund on paypal.  If you go through etsy's complaint processes they tell you what to do on paypal.  It took a few weeks but I got my money back

    Did the listing or the shop's home page have any information on how quickly they usually ship orders?  10 days isn't crazy long, particularly if the item is made to order.  I would give them some time to respond to you.

    I'm having the same issue and having a mini panic attack since my wedding is 16 days away.  I've emailed twice and no response.  My status is still "paid" or whatever it is, and its very infuriating

    Sorry to hear that you had an issue with our company.  We have sold over 1800 toppers through our Etsy store and have received rave reviews from many happy customers.  March-July are really busy months for us, so we may have a small delay in responding to emails.  We are professional and make sure we meet the needs of our customers.

    I'd just like to take back what I previously said.  That night I received an email saying my item would be shipped out in a few days and would get to me 2 days after that.  And it did exactly that.  I ordered my cake topper through milancreations and it was ABSOLUTELY beautiful.  way more beuatiful then i couldve ever imagined.

    I guess since its so close to the wedding i was having panic attacks about everything and when and if things would get to me in time .. so please disregard my last post.

    this is happening to me now. I have emailed them atleast 4 times since last week when i have ordered the cake monograms and enquired if they can be rush ordered since i want to take them with me to india where i am getting married. and i have not received any response at all. there is not enough time now to order another set since i fly on the 15th and by the looks of it, i am guessing the monograms will not reach me on time.
