Short Hymn

Does anyone have any recommendations for short hymns to be played during the sand ceremony or unity candle?

    My grandparents had Oh Perfect Love played in their wedding and I plan to use it as a prelude.

    We used to sing an a cappella hymn called "Take O Take."  The words are 
    "Take O Take me as I am,
    Summon out what I will be
    Set your seal upon my heart and live in me" repeat once with words then once with "ooo"  Nice and short.
    I don't know where to find the sheet music but it's for four voices and is in Db.  You can easily have an instrumental version
