Hi! I am just wondering is anyone is a member of Fitworks. We are planning on joining in Parma. So I just wanted to see what people had to say about it! Thanks!

    I used to go to the fitworks in Mentor and I loved it!  They have free classes like spinning and they have a cardiotheater where they have a movie and a ton of treadmills/bikes,etc.  So you can watch a movie and work out at the same time.  I moved and now I work out at a YMCA cause there's no fitworks in my new city, and I really miss it!  And the price was awesome too.

    i am member at the rocky river location - i love it! there's always a machine available even if you go during the busy times and the staff is really friendly. this location has a women's only area which is nice too.

    I loved Fitworks when I was a member but pay very close attention to your contract when signing it. 

    I ran into quite a hassle when canceling my membership.  I also ran into problems when my bank issued a new debit card.  I didn't think to notify Fitworks of the new expiration date and was charged fees which they refused to waive.  I understand it was in the contract but certainly they could have worked with me a bit since every other payment was automatically withdrawn without a problem. 

    The problems were only with the company they use for the "finance" part of the membership.  The actual Fitworks staff were wonderful both in Rocky River and downtown.
