Accountability - Friday

Sorry girls, I think I might have missed this yesterday.... just gapped it with so much going on with the job situation! Lol 

Hoping to get a workout in today, thinking maybe a run but not sure yet, partially depends on how I'm feeling and what I can do... hmmmm 
FI is UBER sick so hoping I don't catch it and end up sick again, I'm just getting better!!!

  • I wasn't able towork out yesterday and I most likely wont have time again tonight. Bummer!  It's good to have a day or two to rest I guess, especially since everyone around me is sick and my nose started feeling weird :)

    BMc- I hope he doesn't pass it back to you!  That would be awful...
  • We went to the gym yesterday but had a short day. but that's four days in a row so we might either take off today or tomorrow.

    sad news is i'm up 3 pounds from december-ish. i'm guessing it's muscle (i've started lifting weights instead of just cardio/abs), but it's driving me nuts.
    Happily married since 9/1/2012!

  • Ugh, I'm super sick right now. I have some kind of major cold. I'm actually at work, but I'm not even sure how I got here. I'll probably just sit around and whine for a couple hours. I *did* need to use my microscope time (which is from 12-3) so I guess I'll stay until 3pm. 

    Since I'll probably just be on the couch all weekend, maybe I won't pig out as much as I usually do on the weekends!? Also, appetite isn't great right now. I'd really like to get my wedding website and STDs DONE so maybe I can actually do that.

  • Yesterday was frustrating. Thursday morning is when I record my weight and I only lost .2 pounds last week. I am sure it is muscle, blah blah blah, but it's still annoying.I had lost about 2 pounds per week the proceeding 3 weeks so i wanted to stay at that rate. I need to start recording measurements.

    Then I got stuck working an hour and a half late so I couldn't go to the gym. The upside is that I get to leave early today and go to the gym at least.

  • I ate yesterday so that's a plus.  Today seems to be going good.  I ate a Cliff bar.  We'll see how I feel later.
  • I must be pmssing because I want chocolate and sweets ALL THE TIME. I have really good will power but the cravings are soooo strong. It's a good thing I work out as hard as I do!!

    On a side note, I actually got on a scale today (I rarely weigh myself - just not a good habit for me). I did drop weight - almost 10 lbs. On my frame, that's a lot. People at work have been commenting on how thin i look and I know that my clothes are a bit looser, but I didn't expect that drop. Losing weight was never a goal for me but I guess the workouts are really using more of my energy. I think i may need to up the calorie intake.
