Arm wraps?

Has anyone tried these? Do they really work? I hear women say theyve lost X inches from using them but can you really tell? How long does it last?

    The results are temporary but do seem to work if you're just looking to smooth out some areas.  Typically people measure various points prior and then post usage so they can get their inch loss number.  Essentially, they just dehydrate whatever part of the body you use it on.  A day or two later, the cells have absorbed new water to replace what was lost and you're back where you started.
