For those who've purchased a dress from Rosalin's Bridal, was a garment bag provided? I know that in David's Bridal they'll charge you one, almost without you realizing it because they know you won't walk out with your dress completely exposed to the elements. I hate that about David's Bridal.
WIll Rosalin's make me purchase one when I pick up the dress, or should I be prepared with a bag ahead of time?
