Wedding License

We are going for our license on Friday. Other than cash our drivers licenses, anything else we need to bring? Also do we need to know anything about our parents? My FMIL is insisting that we need to know where our parents and grandparents were born. I'm doubtful we need this, but would hate for her to be right on this one.

    We had to answer questions about our parents. Full name, maiden name, where were they born, occupations. For where were they born, they accepted a state a an answer, you don't need a specific town. And current residence, just the town name. ETA: they didn't ask about our grandparents. And you don't need anything besides ID and the payment.

    I just got back from Dauphin Co. Courthouse this morning getting our license.  Depending on what county courthouse you go to they all have slightly different requirements so check online before you go.  For dauphin co we needed our drivers license, our divorce decrees (we were married before), and $50 cash.  They did ask us about our parents (first name, middle name, last name, occupation, state they were born, mothers maiden name, town/state where they currently live).  Need to provide your ss # as well.
