Hi knotties,
We will be having a photo booth at our wedding in 25 days (eek!). I've been planning on inserting the guests place cards in 2x6 frames, that they can then take home as a wedding favor with their pics from the booth. My FSIL has designed an awesome insert for the frames, only problem is, I'm not sure WHERE I can get them printed out. It's an odd size, and we'd like the inserts to be double sided (one for the table number/name, the other with a little note telling guests to have fun with the photo booth). Has anyone else done a custom design that they printed? Advice on where, what paper, etc. would be most appreciated! Also, I plan on hand-writing each guest's name, so glossy paper would not work. Thank so much!
Re: Question for anyone who's done/is planning on doing a photo booth
Maybe I misread your post, but will guests know to pull the insert OUT of the frame? (and actually read the back?)
I've been to a bunch of weddings and it wouldn't occur to me to pull my placecard out of its frame. I'm not sure if the note on the back is necessary! You could just have your DJ or MC announce that the photobooth is "open for business!"
Just my two cents.
In terms of paper choice: Try staples/office depot and look in their printer paper section. Look for the higher quality picture paper or brochure paper section and find what you like!
