Virginia Beach Questions

I am getting married here in Virginia Beach, but Im having a few issues.

1. Where is a good florist to go to around the area?

2. Where is a good place to rent speakers? We are doing a DIY wedding, so we will not need a DJ, but we need a good sound system.

3. Any ideas on a good place to get wedding decorations? Party city is all white decorations, but our colors do not involve whtie.

    Hi!

    Um, Ive known several brides to suggest Norfolk Wholesale Floral on brabelton in norfolk (dont confuse norfolk florist) I personally havent used them. Though I do have an appointment on wednesday to go look at flowers there. I've heard they also have glassware for ceterpieces etc. If you are interested I'll let you know how it goes.

    Baxter's Florist at the intersection of Centerville and Kempsville Rd was phenomenal.  Donnie's artistic genius was wonderful - seriously, my flowers were my absolute FAVORITE part of my wedding.  I cannot recommend Baxter's more.

    I just found your post.  If you are still looking for ideas there is a party store on Laskin closer to the beach, can't remember the name but I stopped in one day and liked some of the stuff.  There is a new shopping center near the intersection of Princess Anne and Dam Neck.  There is an A C Moore craft store there and they have wedding stuff.
