Fontana Still a D!

I just read Principesa's reviews of Fontana!
I have been married for almost a year and a half now, and I just felt like browsing around the knot and was amazed to see ( or shouldn't be surprised) that Fontana is still treating customers as poorly as they treated me back then!
My experience was one thing after another between the charges without telling me, between them mixing up my flower girl and Jr. bridesmaid sizes and then blaming me, between my sister in law buying gift certificates from them for me, and them not letting me use them.  The list goes on....
But overall...my biggest issue was how rude and snotty all of them were!  They were so nice when I was 'buying the dresses', but after they were ordered....they were so snippy.  I felt more comfortable with people who were working at the supermarket than those at Fontana.  So, after all this time after seeing Prinicipesa's review, i just had to get on here for future brides to tell them to stay away from Fontana!   When you get married, you want to feel like a bride.  It's your ONE time to feel this way....Fontana ruined the 'day before my wedding' as when I picked up my dress, it was dirty and they were giving me an attitude about cleaning it.  Then me and my mother had to walk the dress up oursevles to the car and there was not ONE 'well wish"....

    WOW!  That is pretty crappy!!  I cannot believe people still give them business.  Hopefully the word is out now, and girls will think twice about going there.

    This scares me since I found a dress I liked a lot there. Maybe I should check out Bridal Reflections instead since they carry Stephen Yearick

    Lissy, would definintely browse around for the dress, I do not want to bash Fontanas but I have to agree with Crissy they were so nice until you actually buy the dress then everything is downhill, the unforunate thing is they carry such fabulous designers and such beautiful dresses, but their customer service is no where up to par. Good luck in your dress hunt and if you HAVE to get it with Fontanas just make sure to be ON TOP on everything! They can get sneaky!

    Also, sidenote to Crissy, my friend was just telling me when she received her veil from there her blusher wasnt one it and  they blamed her for not ordering it, although she most definintely did! They really need to get it together in there.

     I still havent had an issue but I am worried...I bought my dress there.  Everytime I call they are still very kind and helpful...

    Had to respond again....so I ordered my dress in April 2011, they think my wedding is May 2012 but it's July.  It's still not in yet.  They told me it would be in in December, then it was January and now its "any day now"...my sister called and reaked havoc and they promised that my dress would be in by next Thursday.  Let's see if it is....I know I have time but based on the reviews I read I am starting to get really nervous...
