Hi All,

I hope you're all enjoying your weekend!!

Next on my list is the florist. I wanted to see if there are specific things to look out for/ask, etc. Who are you all going with? What was it about them that made you decide that you wanted to work with them?

    I love Stephanie at Fishhawk.  She's so nice and patient and worked with my budget.  Also, she listened to my ideas.

    I am working with Debbie Welch from The Bride's Bouquet in Clearwater.  She is so nice and very professional.  She responds quickly to every email and is very flexible.  I actually chose her because her nephew is fraternity brothers with my FI (from a VERY small school in Ohio) As soon as I saw pictures of her work I was blown away.

    I told her my budget and she said it was possbile.  I told her which flowers I liked and she suggested certain ones based on the season to keep costs down.  I completely trust her opinions because her work is beautiful.  She and her husband work as a team and they are a full service florist so she really is the key decorator for the reception sight.  Her work is on her Facebook page under the Bride's Bouquet.

    I am not getting mairried until March 24, 2012, but she has been so kind to talk to me this far in advance!!!  GL!

    I am using Kathy from Northside Florist. She is great to work with and has beautiful work! She also gave me the best price out of the other florists that I met with. I teach at a school down the sttreet from her and we are actually using her for our functions now!

    I second Debbie from The Bride's Bouquet. She has great reviews on Wedding Wire, she was recommended by my venue, and when I met her and we started talking, she immediately knew what I was looking for.

    I am using Heather at the Rose Garden and she is awesome! Also, the prices are extremely reasonable! :)

    I agree with Debbie from The bride's bouquet! She is amazing and works with your budget. Her work is amazing and I really loved that she let us see our centerpieces before. She's very costumer service oriented. I highly recommend her.
