Bridal Shower Invite?

I am a novice, and have no idea who is suppose to be invited to the wedding shower.  My MOH requested a guest list for the shower and I am clueless as ot if everyone should be invited, just friends, family?

    First, ask your MOH how many people she'd like to host. 

    You don't need to invite all the female wedding guests to the shower, it's generally only your family and close friends, and I'd probably include your FMIL and any future sisters in law.  I also had my FI's aunts and female cousins on my list (but not his female friends), because that seems like what they do in his family and I thought they'd like to be included.  With out-of-towners that aren't likely to come in, it's a judgment call.  Some people like to get an invite anyway, and some people will see it as a gift grab.  It can be helpful to talk to your FI or FMIL about what their family is used to and might be expecting.  Hope that helps!

    You should invite the MOB, MOG, sisters and grandmothers of the bride and groom, and bms. If there is still room on your guest list, add close family members and friends. Do not invite anyone who will not be invited to your wedding.
