  It's good you're getting on top of this now.  June is a pretty busy month!   

  
  

  I wish I could help more, but when I was checking things out we were looking for something with homey feel, so I wasn't looking at Ballroom type venues.  We just nailed down the Josephine Butler Parks Center and are very excited about that.

  I'd also try the Arbor Ballroom, which is located in the Washington Times building in DC: http://www.arborballroom.com/ I've been to several weddings there.  Always had a great time.  The staff is good to work with and the prices are great as well.
