I found this pretty true I wish I had realized this like 10 years ago. I guess sometimes you just have to live it rather than be told it or read it somewhere....

It actually just sounds like a lot of the stuff my mom told me while I was growing up. I'm glad I didn't have to learn those lessons the hard way.
Kelly, I actually just did that. My best friend is going through a rough break up right now (a long time coming, her bf treated her like complete shiit & I really don't think she even realizes that still) so I emailed her the link and said "These are just some things I hope you remember as you're going through this! Love you!"

These are the things that I read, or that people told me, that helped me IMMENSELY in my breakup with my ex. I say send it to her - it will help her solidify why the breakup needed to happen and help her work through her emotions.
Someone posted this link on Facebook this morning, and I loved it. Definitely things I wish I had known a long time ago. Would have saved me a lot of grief!!
Re: If A Man Wants You- Advice
Never let a man know everything. He will use it against you later
If you are with a good guy you shouldn't have to worry about him using things you tell him against you. That just means you don't trust him.
