How many ceremony/reception sites did you look at? Emailed over 15 locations but only went to 3 before booking
Photographers meet with?Emailed over 10, met with 0 so far but have 3 apts. booked to meet.

How many ceremony/reception sites did you look at? Emailed probably a dozen locations to get more info but only went to 2 before booking. Booked the first one.
Photographers meet with?Emailed dozens, followed up with a few, met with 2, and booked the first one.

Bakeries have you see/plan to see? Have tried cake/cupcakes from 6 so far, plan on doing official tastings at 2-3
Dresses you have tried on so far? Tried on over 40 dresses at 5 different bridal salons (I think we have pictures of 43 and then 5 more that we didn't bother taking pictures of). Once I found The One, I stopped...

How many ceremony/reception sites did you look at? We knew which church and reception site we wanted, just looked at them once and talked to the coordinator. Photographers meet with?So far none, I have gotten prices from about 8-10 but I have been in constant contact with only one. Florists have you seen/plan to see?We will be using a florist shop that we have been getting flowers from for all of our family parties/events for years. Bakeries have you see/plan to see? A family friend will be doing this so that is taken care of. Dresses you have tried on so far? None so far.

How many ceremony/reception sites did you look at?

We ended up only have to look at one...we both fell in love with the venue and it was within our price range.

Photographers meet with?

I did a lot of research and a ton of emailing. Most photographers we like were way out of our price range, so there was no point in meeting with them. The majority of the photographer who did give me quotes within our price range had mediocre portofolios or didn't fit out style. I ended up contacting Laura Zastrow based on two separate recommendations, and I clicked with her right away...so I guess we only officially met with one.

Florists have you seen/plan to see?

I think 2-3 to see if we can find any in our price range, but I may DIY throught a wholesale florist or somewhere like Sam's Club or Costco.

Bakeries have you see/plan to see?

I'm sure we'll visit 3-5. We both have a sweet tooth.

Dresses you have tried on so far?
I think about 10; I've only been to David's Bridal and one local shop so far.

How many ceremony/reception sites did you look at? We looked at 6 reception venues (didn't need to look at the ceremony venue since it's at the Church I've always wanted to get married in)
Photographers meet with? I did a ton of research and then made appointments to meet with 3... but then we met with our first choice and absolutely loved them so we booked on the spot and cancelled the other appointments
Florists have you seen/plan to see? E-mailed with about 6-7 and met with 3
Bakeries have you see/plan to see? I've already contacted about 6, but we're only planning to meet with about 3 as of now
Dresses you have tried on so far? Tried on about 30 at 4 different places and "the one" ended up being being the first dress I tried on

How many ceremony/reception sites did you look at?
Probably over 100, honestly, I have countless e-mails to all different places, most of them we've driven to in the past just for the heck of it so we had an idea of what they were like. When we finally found out about the place we ended up signing with we fell in love as soon as we pulled up. It was so perfect and so us!

One and we went with them..... I know we probably should have looked around a little more but they came highly recommended and we really liked them.

Bakeries have you see/plan to see?

none so far, I have a gluten allergy so I have to try and find someoen that makes a good GF cake, I should probably get on taht asap tho.... That I plan on trying till I find one I love so hopefully it's not that many!

Dresses you have tried on so far?
9 i think.... the first one was the dress that was given to me, since it was given to me I've decided I don't really like the style anymore because I've lost about 25 pounds since then so I want something a little more fitting. the 2nd dress is THE dress but it's about $1,200 dollars so I"m trying to find a similar one for less.

Photographers meet with? Emailed about a dozen, schedule appointments with 3 so far. Florists have you seen/plan to see? I already knew which florist I'd be using as they are our family florist.
Bakeries have you see/plan to see? Using the bakery that our reception venue uses.
Dresses you have tried on so far? Haven't tried on any so far!

Photographers meet with? Haven't done much other than bookmark a few websites, We'll probably meet with at least a few Florists have you seen/plan to see? I have a definite front-runner, but we'll see after I meet with her
Bakeries have you see/plan to see? Haven't done this yet either, but there are 2-3 in our neighborhood that we plan to check out
Dresses you have tried on so far? I went to one store, tried on 7-8 dresses, and bought the first one I tried. I love it!

How many ceremony/reception sites did you look at? 1! My family owns a bed and breakfast..we're doing the ceremony there in a huge side yard. and then m family has had receptions at our house before..kinda like a country club...so we're having the reception there!
Photographers meet with? 3. I knew I wanted one in particular...but we looked at a few others to gauge pricing. Florists have you seen/plan to see? 1. Because my family is kinda in the wedding biz we knew the best florist for our event.
Bakeries have you see/plan to see? 2. same as above, but we went with this one because they make their own fondant. Dresses you have tried on so far? I tried on 6...but went with the 2nd one I tried on!! I knew it was perfect when both my parents started crying and I couldn't stop swishing!

Photographers meet with? None yet, emailed a lot. Meeting with the one we will month in June (When we are home)

Florists have you seen/plan to see? Not sure, thinking about doing my own flowers since I'm only having 2 BMs it won't be too hard I don't think!

Bakeries have you see/plan to see? Probably only 2 or 3 before deciding. My venue suggested a couple that are tastyand easy to work with so I'll probably use one of them.

Dresses you have tried on so far? Tried on 25 or so. Ended up buying the 2nd one I tried on (and put back on numberous times!)

I emailed like 20 venues, we then went to look at about 10 of them...we just weren't finding what we wanted.

Photographers meet with?
We met with 4 before we hired anyone, however I looked at 10-15 photographers online before deciding to meet with those 4 photogs.

Florists have you seen/plan to see?

We've talked to 3 and recieved quotes from them, we are in the process of hiring 1 of thme now.
Bakeries have you see/plan to see? n/a -- our venue is making our cake

Dresses you have tried on so far?
I probablhy tried on 20+ dresses before I bought my dress. In the end I had it down to 2...I ended up choosing based off of my family's reaction to the dresses.

We've looked at a total of 5, researched about 10, and chose one (booking has to wait until a year out).

Photographers meet with?
Just one. She's an old friend and she did the pictures on my bio. She'll be doing engagements, bridal, trash the dress session, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.

Florists have you seen/plan to see?
We're planning to see 1 from home(we know the owner and she did my sister's wedding) and 2 in the city we're getting married.

Bakeries have you see/plan to see?
My mom and I are doing our cakes. We're looking at 2 for other desserts.

Dresses you have tried on so far?
None so far. Waiting until I lose a little more weight and checking my sister's schedule so she can come here for the weekend. Probably in the next few months, I'll go dress shopping.
