Offbeat location in Orlando, FL?

I'm trying to find ANYWHERE in Orlando, FL to have an inexpensive offbeat ceremony and reception.. I really love the idea of everything be outdoors.. It's going to be in March/April...

Any advice on where to hold the ceremony/reception for an outdoor budget bride?

    The first place I thought of was Old Town in Kissimmee... I'm sure there are tons of other places.. Oh, maybe one of the mini golf courses on I-Drive?  Like Pirate's Cove?
