Any brides that have used John Lo photography?

We loved John's work and are strongly considering using him for our wedding. However, just wondering if anyone has actually used him and found that he was aggressive enough to gather people together, and grab all those great shots within limited time frame? I love how relaxed he is but am wondering if he will be aggressive enough to deal with the chaos that can come with day of wedding timeline. Thanks!

    I can't answer that, since we're not using him til 4/29 of next year, but from what I saw of his shots, he can do it.  We're confident in that. 
    And if not, my WP will DEFINITELY handle herding people for pics!

    we used him a few years back for our wedding, he is fantastic and a very experienced photographer... he was very vocal and "aggressive" when needed to gather people for formals and get their attention but also totally out of the way after formals which we loved... one of my favorite vendors!

    We've booked him but our wedding isn't until then end of the month.  I'll post reviews then.  Hopefully others can answer your question :) GL!

    also look up john loconte on Google which brings up his wedding wire review site. he always gets awesome reviews! i believe you can even access it from his website

    I saw that he got great reviews, however I don't know if it was just me, but I wasn't that crazy about his actual print oictures we saw in person.

    I found him to be rather inflexible when we talked about 'packages'.  I don't need one. I'm only having a reception locally.  I feared he'd be just as inflexible at the wedding and didn't want to put myself in that situation.....

    We just used John for our 7/2/11 wedding and he was great!  He was VERY unobtrusive, which was important to me, while still capturing the important moments.  We got our photos in an unheard of 2 weeks!!!  He was very flexible with me and I very much appreciated his prompt responses to all of my emails.  ANY questions or if you want to see my pics, just contact me meghan dot franklin at gmail dot com
